Poster Presentation

• The Event consists of 2 Rounds which include Online Submission 
    & Onsite Presentation.
• Online Submission Round ends on 19th  Feb,2016 by which the  
   abstract and the full paper have to be mailed to the respective   
    Mail  ID's mentioned.
• Top 20 abstracts will be selected for the final Onsite presentation 
    round.
. Poster should be mailed to posters.trace@gmail.com
• Selected Candidates list will be displayed in the website on 22nd 
   Feb,2016 and will  be intimated through the mail.
. Registration fee per head is Rs.100/- the amount has to be  paid on the day of the event.


Online Submission Rules:
• A team can comprise a maximum of 2 members.
• Submissions should be in the IEEE Format.
• The abstract of the poster should be mailed to the respective Mail 
   ID's mentioned before 19th  Feb,2016.
• Page Limit for the submission is 10 pages.
• The mail should be sent with the subject as "Poster 
   Presentation-Topic Name"
   eg: Poster Presentation-Blue Eye.

                            
Onsite Presentation Rules:
• Selected participants have to display their posters in person during the Presentation.
• The technical panel will question the participants and judge the 
   submissions on several criteria.
• Posters should be of A3 size.
• The decision of the judges and staff incharge will be final and  
   binding.

Prizes:

• 1st Prize --> Rs. 1000
