ECHOE'S (Paper Presentation)

                   ECHOE'S is a platform for all the innovative minds to showcase their talent. It includes an array of events for students to compete with each other and display their creativity. The Technical program consists of plenary innovations, themed Symposia and  Paper sessions, covering all fields of Engineering tracks, with a particular emphasis in exchange of state of art techniques and advances in related knowledge.

•  The Event consists of 2 Rounds which include Online    Submission & Onsite Presentation.
• Online Submission Round ends on 19th Feb,2016 by which the abstract and the full paper have to be mailed to the respective Mail ID's mentioned. 
• Registration fee per head is Rs.150/- the amount has to be  paid on the day of the event.
• Selected papers will be displayed in the website on 22nd Feb,2016 and will  be intimated through the mail.

Online Submission Rules:

• A team can comprise a maximum of 2 members.
• Submissions should be in the IEEE Format.
• The abstract of the paper should be mailed to the  
   respective Mail ID's mentioned before 19th Feb,2016.
• Page Limit for the submission is 10 pages.
• The mail should be sent with the subject as "Paper 
   Presentation-Topic Name Eg: Paper Presentation-Blue  
   Eye.

Onsite Presentation Rules:

• Selected participants have to present their papers in 
  person during the Presentation.
• Presentations time should not exceed 8 minutes including 
  any demos you may present.
• 2 minutes Q&A session will follow the presentation.
• The technical panel will question the participants and  
  judge the submissions on several criteria.
• Presentations should be in .ppt or .pptx format.
• The decision of the judges and staff incharge will be final 
   and binding.

The selected Papers will be intimated through e-Mail on 21st Feb,2016.

LCD projectors will be provided.
Participation certificates and merit certificates will be given on the spot.
